Responsibility
• Plan and execute marketing communication strategy for online and offline platforms based on product and customer segmentation and develop localized approach on global brand campaigns
• Coordinate with media and influencers for media buying and partnership activities
• Develop in-store visual merchandizing direction according to brand and product offering
• Assist on merchandizing, product assortment strategy and distribution plan
• Monitor and analyze sales and inventory situations and provide tactical strategy to achieve sales target
• Initiate sales-driven promotional campaigns and evaluate post-campaign results
• Prepare quarterly sales and marketing reports as per requested by brand principles
• Communicate and coordinate with brand principles and international business partners on various tasks

Qualification
• At least 1- 3 years experiences in Retail, Fashion,Marketing or Business development
• Good teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
• Good analytic and Well communication skill in English
• Passionate in fashion and own good attitude
• Ability to travel aboard
